• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health issues and create effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing personalized therapeutic methods to facilitate emotional growth and coping strategies.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring their progress through regular reviews and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions, offering accessible support for clients with mobility issues or those preferring remote engagement.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure ethical practice and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest therapy approaches and innovations in the field.

Your practice will primarily encompass a diverse client population, addressing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a related field) is required.

• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload and administrative duties.

• Previous experience working in a clinical setting, particularly in a community health clinic or private practice environment.
• Familiarity with integrating telehealth practices into therapy delivery.
• Exposure to working with addiction treatment or dual-diagnosis clients.
• Experience in conducting group therapy and workshops is a plus.
