As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices. Your insights will be pivotal in tailoring care for each unique patient.
• Delivering diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address various mental health issues.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By providing evidence-based therapeutic support, you will assist these individuals in overcoming their obstacles, improving their mental health outcomes, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, showcasing your strong educational foundation.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia, indicating your compliance with professional standards.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services in a school or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of various counseling techniques, particularly those focusing on solution-based interventions, which will enhance your effectiveness in helping clients.
