As a Remote Clinical Social Worker at the Detox Center, you will work in a supportive, flexible work environment that ensures a balance between your professional and personal lives. You will have minimal administrative burdens, enabling you to devote more time to patient care.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that are proactive and responsive.

• Implement a range of evidence-based interventions tailored to enhance client well-being while aligning with the practice’s standards of trauma-informed care.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate clinical records that uphold confidentiality and comply with both ethical and legal regulations.

• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team to coordinate holistic care strategies that benefit client recovery.

• Provide education and ongoing support to patients and their families, ensuring they are informed and empowered throughout their treatment process.

• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and best practices in order to enhance the quality of care provided.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LCSW license in Virginia is mandatory for this position.
