Business Analyst with at least 8 years of experience
Extensive experience in gathering the requirements by talking to stakeholders and coming up with the requirements documents with applicable templates
converting requirements into Jira stories and creating process maps
BA should have familiar with MFG Supply chain or Finance Background
Here are the responsibilities
Engaging with the corporate leaders and the business stakeholders to understand the gap between the product and its process
Solving a business problemneed using the organizational context and transitioning the organization through the change implementing the solution
To identify and define the solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders
Work across all levels of an organization and by involving in everything from defining strategy to creating the enterprise architecture to taking a leadership role by defining the goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in its technology and processes
Improve the value of business analysis with realization of benefits avoidance of cost identification of new opportunities understanding of required capabilities and modeling the organization
Interact with business ownersstakeholders to understand their requirements
Convert the business requirements into detailed technical requirements for the technology team
Coordinate with the technology team to explain the requirements
Validate the developed solution before handing it over to the business user for User Acceptance Testing UAT
Coordinate with the customer team and the technology team to facilitate UAT Technical Experience
EBS Supply Chain modules knowledge and prior working experience in EBS projects is required
