Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in active direct clinical practice both in virtual settings and during community outreach with clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to advance shared goals, ensuring clear communication and mutual support among team members.
  • Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments, developing tailored integrated care plans, while ensuring access to necessary linked services for clients.
  • Provide comprehensive client services, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on addressing presenting issues and promoting recovery and wellness.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies adeptly and monitor client engagement throughout their treatment journey.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in on-call coverage, providing emergency support during and after program hours as required.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts through active participation in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Required: A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, with a current LICSW licensure.
  • Proven knowledge of assessment techniques, treatment methodologies, and crisis management relevant to mental health.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills, with a focus on managing a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
