Job description

Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsive Remote Client Response Representative to manage client communications, coordinate caregiver admissions, and drive referral conversions. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, handle time-sensitive referral calls, prepare proposal submissions, and ensure seamless admissions and caregiver scheduling.
This role rewards initiative-earn a stable hourly wage plus performance-based incentives for every successful referral, callback, and admission you complete.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Referral Management: Answer live referral calls promptly (time-sensitive and earnings-critical), conduct warm referral callbacks, and respond to all inquiries without delay.
  • Admissions & Coordination: Process RFA (Request for Admission) responses, confirm start dates and care schedules, and coordinate caregiver assignments to initiate service.
  • Proposal Development: Write, compile, and submit complete RFP (Request for Proposal) packages, managing follow-through until a decision is reached.
  • Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive information (SSNs, Medicaid/Medicare IDs, payment details) with strict adherence to privacy protocols and HIPAA standards (if applicable).

Compensation & Incentives
  • Base Pay: Guaranteed hourly wage for all 40 hours/week, paid via standard payroll.
  • Performance Bonuses (vest after 3 months of continuous care):
    • Live Referral Calls: $25 per successful call
    • Warm Referral Callbacks: $20 per successful callback
    • RFA / Admissions: $30 per successful admission
    • RFP Submissions: $150 per completed full-package submission
    • RFP Annual Bonus: $350 per awarded contract (paid annually while client remains active)

All incentive bonuses are paid as a lump sum added to your regular paycheck once care has been active for three months.
Work Requirements & Technology
  • Dedicated Workspace: Quiet, professional environment suitable for live calls throughout the day.
  • Reliable Internet: High-speed connection required.
  • Company-Provided Equipment: Dedicated phone line and device will be supplied to ensure 100% availability during shift hours.
  • Accountability Software: Company-provided time-tracking and geolocation software will be installed to confirm working hours and approved location. Candidates must be comfortable with these tools as a condition of employment.

Eligibility & Pre-Employment Screening
Given the sensitive nature of the financial and personal data handled, all offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:
  • Criminal background check
  • Credit check (required due to fiduciary responsibilities)
  • Drug and alcohol testing

All screenings comply with applicable federal and state laws.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Comfortable in a performance-based compensation model
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent availability
  • Prior experience in client communication, care coordination, admissions, or proposal writing is a plus
  • Background in healthcare, home care, or HIPAA-protected information handling is highly encouraged to apply
