Job description

Client Relations Specialist

HERS Advisors has partnered with a premier boutique law firm who is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to work remote or hybrid for their West Los Angeles, California office (must reside in California).

Responsibilities for Client Relations Specialist:

  • Responsible for intake of potential clients including answering, directing, and screen incoming potential client calls, monitoring and responding to online inquiries, assessing and qualifying leads, inputting and tracking of leads into CRM system
  • Assisting attorneys in collecting appropriate documentation to qualify leads
  • Scheduling calls with qualified leads and supervising attorneys
  • Performing follow up communications with qualified leads
  • Running conflict checks for potential clients through CRM system and firm's other databases
  • Helping develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics and process documentation
  • Assisting with tasks and projects in Marketing & Business Development, as assigned

Requirements for Client Relations Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience performing intake at a law firm strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus
  • Spanish speaking a plus
