About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional client service? Join our growing PIP (Personal Injury Protection) team as a Client Support Specialist, where youโ€™ll play an important role in helping our medical provider clients obtain timely payment from insurance carriers for services rendered under the PIP statute.

This position offers a great balance of remote work and travelโ€”youโ€™ll spend approximately 40% of your time visiting client sites, cultivating relationships, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Travel expenses are fully reimbursed in accordance with Firm policy.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Data Collection

  • Partner with the Client Relations team to organize and pull patient files for Demand preparation.

  • Upload patient files received via email into our Demand Central platform.

  • Contact medical providers to gather missing documentation needed for proper file completion.

  • Obtain relevant documentation for cases progressing to litigation.

  • Respond promptly to client and internal inquiries via email and phone.

  • Research new medical providers and insurance carriers to confirm accurate information.

Data Processing

  • Prepare and assemble provider files, including patient records and correspondence.

  • Review and verify demographic data entered in the Demand Management System.

  • Upload and maintain electronic documents within file management systems.

  • Ensure new providers are correctly established in both Demand and Case File Management databases.

Client Maintenance & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports and communications for distribution.

  • Review and refresh new Personal Injury client reports for Demand readiness.

  • Coordinate with the Client Experience Manager to transition new client files for ongoing support.

  • Assist in delivering reports and maintaining accuracy in client data.

  • Review monthly metrics with the Client Experience Manager to ensure precision in reporting.
