Sodexo is actively recruiting for several Senior Director, Client Success positions across the United States to support and grow our Higher Education business. These roles are remote positions.

Each Senior Director, Client Success manages a portfolio of clients aligned to the overall value, complexity, and strategic importance of the accounts, ensuring balanced workloads and an exceptional client experience.

About the job

Join a high-impact role responsible for client health and value realization across an assigned portfolio of accounts, serving as an independent, retention-focused function reporting directly to the segment CEO. As a core component of the company's evolving enterprise operating model, this role focuses on proactive client risk identification and mitigation, providing proactive visibility into data-driven client risk indicators and improvement opportunities across a broad portfolio of accounts. Client Success leaders support portfolios of approximately 55-60 accounts with focus dedicated to a limited number (~10) of large, strategic, or important accounts determined by leadership.

Oversees the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education. Work is primarily achieved by an individual or through project teams, with emphasis on technical knowledge rather than managing people.

Pay Range: $0 - $0

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

  • Results-focused approach supporting both tactical execution and short-term operational priorities.

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Related Experience: 5-10 years of experience in operations, customer success, account leadership, or client service roles.
