• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments that address the unique needs of each client.
• Engage actively in multi-disciplinary team discussions to collaboratively shape the overall treatment strategy, ensuring all aspects of client wellness are considered.
• Monitor clients’ progress consistently, following up on treatment goals with regular assessments and adjustments to care as necessary.
• Conduct counseling sessions that foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients towards recovery.
• Build strong relationships with clients to instill trust and provide ongoing support during their treatment journey, focusing on both emotional support and practical coping strategies.

As a Senior LICSW within our detox center, you will work closely with a diverse population of individuals struggling with substance use issues. Clients may range from those in the early stages of recovery to those requiring ongoing support for co-occurring mental health conditions. Your work will focus on not just their immediate detox needs, but also on providing the emotional and psychological support critical for long-term recovery and stability.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong preference for those who have worked with addiction or behavioral health clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective counseling and collaboration.
