This is a remote position that offers flexibility while allowing you to engage with clients in a school setting. Our clinic emphasizes a collaborative team approach, where mental health professionals work together to deliver comprehensive care. You will leverage teletherapy technologies to connect with clients, ensuring that distance does not compromise the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver cohesive client care.
  • Facilitate crisis interventions and conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during challenging moments.
  • Document clinical notes and treatment progress meticulously, adhering to relevant ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that aim to enhance client insights into their mental health journeys.

  • Proficient knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches is expected.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and assessment skills are crucial for successful client engagement.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years’ experience is required, candidates with a background in working with children in a school environment or with trauma-focused therapy will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is also advantageous due to the remote nature of this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance options that cover medical, dental, and vision.
  • Retirement plans with employer matching, fostering your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off, encompassing vacation, personal days, and holidays.

  • Insurance coverage for professional liabilities.
  • A potential sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
