This role will be predominantly remote, allowing you to offer flexible services while engaging with patients in an outpatient office setting. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's unique mental health goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis management as situations arise.
• Manage ongoing case management duties, which encompass medication monitoring, advocacy, and coordination with insurance providers.
• Collaborate effectively with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to confidentiality guidelines and ensuring timely documentation of progress notes.
• Educate patients and their families about available resources, coping strategies, and community support systems.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions and, when necessary, coordinate referrals for higher levels of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Renewed Reflection, you will engage with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment handling multiple patients and cases simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills to manage extensive files, schedules, and patient information efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Positive attitude and a calm demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations.

• Previous experience in outpatient settings or community mental health services is preferred.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems to facilitate remote client interactions.
• Familiarity with case management practices and strong advocacy skills for patient care.
