• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring each session fosters rapport and maintains professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review treatment goals, celebrate progress, and prepare for discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans, working jointly with clients to adjust as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Document progress notes meticulously and maintain up-to-date client records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health status and formulate initial treatment plans.
• Hold individual therapy sessions, with a focus on therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to each client.
• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and provide client-centered care.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience working with diverse populations, specifically in mental health or substance abuse contexts.
• Experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Strong computer skills with familiarity in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Previous experience with teletherapy and remote client engagement is a plus.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is advantageous.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management is desirable.
