This full-time remote position offers a flexible work setting where you can perform your duties from the comfort of your home while using advanced telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Though you will mainly work remotely, you will also be responsible for community-based outreach efforts. • Directly work as a clinician with clients both in the remote setting and within the community. This includes providing assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy as needed.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate screenings to understand clients' needs and arrange for comprehensive assessments when necessary.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that link clients with appropriate services, ensuring seamless communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and intervention in high-stress situations.
• Cascade a manageable caseload that prioritizes client requests and addresses presenting problems effectively.
• Participate actively in team meetings, committees, and agency collaborations to enhance service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to ethical guidelines and professional conduct standards as set forth by Holistic Happiness Counseling Solutions.
• Carry out on-call responsibilities to ensure client support outside regular program hours as assigned.

The clients you will serve comprise a diverse population with various cultural backgrounds and experiences, many of whom may be facing challenges related to major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders. By fostering a trusting relationship with each client, you will empower them to address their mental health needs, enhancing their overall quality of life.

• Must possess a valid, unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker.
• A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly dealing with mental health issues.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Adept at working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience working in hospice settings or with clients in crisis situations is highly preferred.
• Competency in telehealth services and technology for remote client interactions.
• Knowledge of local community resources and healthcare systems to facilitate client access to services.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
