• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using telehealth technologies to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans grounded in solution-focused interventions.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to remote delivery methods, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
