• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the needs of students, developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), providing compassionate support as students navigate their mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and ethical standards of practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of educators, psychiatrists, and psychologists, to create a holistic approach to care tailored for each student.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings regularly, contributing insights and learning from colleagues to enhance the quality of care provided.

The anticipated salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
