Pure Insight Counseling Services is actively seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This full-time, remote position empowers you to provide therapeutic services through a dynamic telehealth platform, allowing you to reach and support clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our team is committed to providing individuals with the support they need to navigate a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. We leverage evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that aim to improve the mental well-being of every client.

Work Environment

As a fully remote practice, our therapists benefit from a flexible work setting that allows for better work-life balance. You will engage with clients via our secure telehealth platform, enabling you to deliver quality therapeutic interventions from any location. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth mental health assessments to identify client needs and customize tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address various issues faced by clients.
  • Facilitate both psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups to foster a collaborative and reassuring environment for clients grappling with similar challenges.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, demonstrating your expertise and compassion in high-stress situations.
  • Educate clients about mental health conditions while guiding them through various treatment options and available community resources.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health therapy, ensuring that intervention methods remain relevant and effective.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families who experience a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Possession of a current and valid license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to practice in the state of Illinois.
  • A strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic methodologies.
  • Proven skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing convincing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
