Pure Insight Counseling Services is actively seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This full-time, remote position empowers you to provide therapeutic services through a dynamic telehealth platform, allowing you to reach and support clients from the comfort of their own homes. Located in Aurora, Illinois, Pure Insight Counseling Services is a leading outpatient psychiatric office that prioritizes mental wellness and holistic care. Our team is committed to providing individuals with the support they need to navigate a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. We leverage evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that aim to improve the mental well-being of every client.

As a fully remote practice, our therapists benefit from a flexible work setting that allows for better work-life balance. You will engage with clients via our secure telehealth platform, enabling you to deliver quality therapeutic interventions from any location. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs and scheduling.

• Perform in-depth mental health assessments to identify client needs and customize tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address various issues faced by clients.
• Facilitate both psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups to foster a collaborative and reassuring environment for clients grappling with similar challenges.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, demonstrating your expertise and compassion in high-stress situations.
• Educate clients about mental health conditions while guiding them through various treatment options and available community resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health therapy, ensuring that intervention methods remain relevant and effective.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families who experience a broad spectrum of mental health issues. This position requires a genuine dedication to understanding each client's unique circumstances, empowering them to navigate their challenges through compassionate, client-centered care.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current and valid license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to practice in the state of Illinois.
• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic methodologies.
• Proven skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing convincing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Extensive experience delivering both individual and group therapy across various demographic groups.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities that enhance rapport with clients.
• Commitment to professional ethics and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

• Experience in telehealth and remote client engagement is highly advantageous, particularly in adapting therapeutic techniques for virtual platforms.
• Prior experience in outpatient settings addressing substance abuse, trauma-informed care, and mental health crises.
• Leadership capabilities and a desire to take on mentoring roles for newer therapists as they join our team.

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
