You will work under a flexible schedule, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend hours to meet client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health requirements and treatment needs.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are customized according to individual client goals and circumstances.
• Provide a range of counseling services, including individual, couples, and group therapy, employing appropriate therapeutic interventions to support client growth.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated client care, including referral to additional resources as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical regulations.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, attend case conferences, and engage in professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health issues such as addiction, trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. • A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in New York is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group counseling within a mental health context is essential.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to various mental health treatment scenarios.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective documentation and client interaction.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality is a must.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote client management.
• Specific training or certification in trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
• A background working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes.
