• Conduct thorough initial assessments and clinical evaluations to ascertain clients’ mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment paths.
• Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized treatment plans that reflect your clients' evolving goals and requirements.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Employ teletherapy techniques to conduct virtual sessions, addressing the unique challenges presented in remote mental health care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping clients with immediate coping strategies and plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment methods and industry standards.

Your primary focus will be working with adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional difficulties. By establishing a strong therapeutic alliance, you will empower clients to navigate their personal journeys toward healing and well-being. The diverse backgrounds of our clients will require you to employ culturally sensitive approaches and adjust treatment modalities according to individual preferences and needs.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate and empathetic engagement with clients.
• Strong organizational, time management, and adaptability skills.
• No history of disciplinary actions or malpractice claims on your license.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.
• Proficiency in conducting teletherapy sessions and utilizing digital tools for mental health care delivery.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with outpatient practices and challenges.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
