LegalStaffers is continuously seeking dedicated and strategic Employment Law Attorneys to join our growing network of practice groups. Whether you are an emerging attorney looking to build a foundation in management-side defense or a seasoned litigator with a portable book of business, we offer platforms tailored to your career trajectory. What You Will Do

We understand that employment law is multifaceted. Depending on your experience level and the specific team's needs, your responsibilities will draw from the following core areas:

  • Represent employers in a diverse range of litigation, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, and complex class actions.
  • Provide preventative counseling to corporate and public sector clients regarding HR policies, employee handbooks, and workforce management.
  • Manage administrative proceedings and appearances before agencies such as the EEOC, state civil rights departments, and labor commissions.
  • For senior-level candidates: Take ownership of case strategy from inception to resolution, cultivate client relationships for business development, and mentor junior associates.
  • Conduct employment law compliance audits and advise clients on the impact of evolving legislation.
