Are you a professional looking to grow your career in health care and customer service? Accurate Home care is looking for a compassionate, organized communicator for our part time Communication Care Center Specialist position.

For over 20 years Accurate Home Care has provided quality nursing care to families in Minnesota. CCC Specialists are customer focused and the first positive contact clients, families and care givers have with Accurate Home Care.

What's in it for me?

  • Location: Otsego Office/ Remote
  • Hours/days:
    • Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm (Remote)
    • Every other Saturday & Sunday 6:30am-4:30pm (On call remote) 
  • Starting rate $16.00/ hour

What will I be doing?

  • Operate telephone and software system to assist caller by answering questions and/or routing the caller to the appropriate representative
  • Provide office support including but not limited to data entry, medical records, checking and forwarding faxes, transcription, scanning, completing form order requests, mail and various other types of administrative support
  • Use professional communication both verbal and written while providing exceptional customer service to all inside and outside contacts

What skills do I need to bring?

  • HS diploma
  • One year of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of home health care services
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology required
  • Fluent in the English language
