What You’ll Do (Your Day in the Life)
Picture this: Your phone rings. It’s another American who just received a threatening notice from the IRS. They’re scared and confused. You are the first voice of calm and authority they hear. You’ll guide them through a 20-30 minute scripted application call, collecting the necessary information with precision and care. Between calls, you’re hitting the phones, making 100+ outbound dials to follow up with no-shows and nurture your pipeline. You’ll join daily huddles with a team of pros, review your calls, and constantly sharpen your skills. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, discipline, and performance.

Responsibilities (Your Path to Wins)
- Handle 20–30 minute inbound application calls, strictly following our proven script.
- Collect SSNs, Power of Attorney forms, and other sensitive data with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a 50%+ show rate for the appointments you set for the closing team.
- Make 100+ outbound dials per day during downtime and for follow-up.
- Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews.
Requirements (Must-Haves – No Exceptions)
- A hunger to learn and a willingness to be coached. Attitude is more important than experience.
- Fluent, clear American English. Our prospects require it.
- You must be comfortable being direct and following a script to the letter. This is non-negotiable.
- A quiet, professional remote work environment.
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a remote sales role
- You are coachable, emotionally stable, and check your ego at the door.
