• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify students' unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with students, parents, and school staff to craft personalized treatment plans that consider individual goals and cultural backgrounds.
• Implement evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual, group, and family settings.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, working alongside school personnel and other healthcare professionals to ensure that students in acute distress receive timely and effective support.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation—including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries—to comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Empower students and families through psychoeducation that provides tools and strategies for effective mental health management.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for students.
• Conduct regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health to continually refine clinical skills and approaches.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and privacy in all interactions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required for this position.
• Current active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to function autonomously as well as work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working in a school or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, child development, and best practices in adolescent mental health.
• Ability to implement evidence-based practices for various mental health conditions, particularly in a school context.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000, based on experience and qualifications.
