Calm Soul Mental Health Counseling P.C. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote role focuses on early childhood development, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families. The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000, reflective of your experience and contributions.

This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from your desired location while still engaging deeply with families and colleagues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand each child’s unique needs.
• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Monitoring child and family outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Providing essential support to families, sharing strategies and resources that promote their child’s development.
• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment approaches.
• Administering and interpreting evaluations effectively and empathetically.
• Building trusting relationships with children and families, creating a supportive learning environment.
• Implementing training and education sessions for families to empower them in enhancing their child's development.
• Adapting interventions based on the unique learning styles and needs of each child.
• Following Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery.

Your work will center on assisting infants and toddlers, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. You will play a crucial role in the development of children during these formative years, focusing on enhancing their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By working closely with families, you will foster an environment where children can flourish developmentally and socially.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• A valid license from the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience working with young children in early intervention settings.
• Proficiency in diverse learning styles to effectively meet the varied needs of children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Respectful interaction with colleagues and families, fostering a supportive team dynamic.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

While the minimum requirement is a year of experience, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Demonstrated commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Experience with coaching models and natural environment teaching.
• Strong background in family-centered practices.
