Everlasting Bonds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team as a full-time remote professional, focused on providing essential support to young children and their families. This role is designed for a target-based remote working setting, with an emphasis on providing services within educational environments. Our focus is on Early Intervention (EI) for children with disabilities or developmental delays, collaborating closely with families and other interdisciplinary team members from the comfort of your own space. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine children's developmental milestones and needs.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring strategies align with family priorities.
• Monitor and document outcomes, contributing insights to team discussions aimed at enhancing care programs.
• Provide necessary emotional and educational support to families, equipping them with information and techniques that foster their child’s growth.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices philosophy in your interactions.
• Foster rapport with children and families to create trusting relationships, facilitating a supportive and effective learning environment.
• Mentor and coach families, focusing on learning strategies tailored to individual family dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for both clients and staff.

This role primarily focuses on supporting infants and toddlers aged 0-3 who may experience developmental delays or have disabilities. You will be involved not only in direct service delivery but also working collaboratively with families and educational professionals to create individualized strategies that facilitate optimal developmental outcomes. Our approach emphasizes understanding each child's unique context and leveraging family strengths.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for potential local travel.
• Demonstrated proficiency in adapting treatment methodologies to different learning styles and family dynamics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial to presenting ideas clearly and building meaningful relationships.
