Work Environment

This position is predominantly remote, allowing you to serve our clients with flexibility from your home or preferred location while engaging in occasional in-office meetings. Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT with Everlasting Bonds Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, focusing on the unique dynamics of each relationship and individual client considerations.
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of clients dealing with issues including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and family conflicts.
  • Implementing treatment plans and engaging client families in the therapeutic process to foster healthy relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and improve clinical practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will directly impact a diverse population of clients, including couples, families, and individuals. You will work with clients experiencing various concerns such as:

  • Conflict resolution among family members.
  • Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
  • Work-related stress and its effect on family dynamics.
  • Challenges faced by blended families.
  • Mother-daughter relational conflicts and communication barriers.

Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their challenges, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the LMFT position should possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • A strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, and ongoing professional growth.
Preferred Experience
