• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including their background, presenting issues, and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's circumstances. Popular methodologies include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans, continuously refining interventions based on regular client feedback and progress monitoring.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring the safety and privacy of clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training to stay current on best practices in mental health care.

• Provide clients with practical strategies and support to help them navigate various life challenges, enhancing their coping skills and emotional health.

In this role, you will primarily support students navigating various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Working closely with school staff, you will aid in creating a holistic approach to student wellness, ensuring each child's unique needs are addressed thoughtfully and compassionately.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is mandatory.
• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), which is essential for providing clinical services.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, preferably in a private practice or similar setting.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, coupled with effective intervention strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a sense of empathy that transcends into practice.

• Prior experience in school-based mental health services or familiarity with child and adolescent therapy is highly valued.

Healthy Vibe Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
