Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and challenges.
  • Participate actively in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, tailoring strategies based on evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor outcomes collaboratively with team members, ensuring quality care and support for children and families.
  • Provide families with practical skills and resources to enhance their child’s development, fostering their empowerment.
  • Develop trust and rapport with clients by engaging them in a manner that respects their individuality and promotes a positive environment for learning.
  • Implement strategies following the Natural Learning Environment Practices, adapting to various learning styles for optimal child engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Act as a key support system for families, helping to navigate their journey through early intervention services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on young children, especially those experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families to understand their concerns, develop tailored intervention plans, and provide services that promote sustainable developmental outcomes during the critical early years of life, typically up to three years of age. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for these children and their families.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in early intervention services, particularly with children.
  • Valid driver's license to facilitate potential travel for home visits or meetings.

Compensation and Benefits
