Imperia Counseling is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role offers the flexible opportunity to work remotely while providing vital support to children and their families in a school setting. The position is full-time, with a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually.

This position allows for a remote work setting, tailored to support school-aged children. You will work with a collaborative team of professionals dedicated to early intervention services, predominantly focusing on children from birth to three years old. Although remote, you’ll be an integral part of a supportive virtual environment that champions teamwork, professional development, and a commitment to child-centered practice.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental milestones.
• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet specific family and child needs.
• Monitor child outcomes, providing feedback and adjustments as necessary to support family goals.
• Develop strong rapport with children, families, and other professionals to foster a supportive and nurturing environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach to provide effective and engaging support to families.
• Provide families with expert guidance, resources, and emotional support to enhance their child’s development at home and in school.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations related to early intervention services.
• Regularly communicate progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care and educational outcomes.

Our primary focus is on young children, specifically those experiencing delays in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, or communication skills. As an LCSW, your role will be pivotal in not only assessing these children but also in working directly with families to implement strategies that nurture development across several domains. Your insights will directly influence the efficacy of early interventions while adhering to the individual needs and goals outlined in each family's IFSP.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license is required for any field-based activities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles among children and families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged, which can enhance communication with diverse families.
