• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of clients from various backgrounds, including mental health assessment and intervention.
• Utilize a spectrum of psychological assessments and tools to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and develop actionable treatment plans.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that articulate clear therapeutic goals, allowing clients to navigate their challenges effectively.
• Respond to crises by providing immediate intervention, conducting suicide risk assessments, and coordinating hospitalizations when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with allied health professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to mental health for all clients.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contribute to the development of clinical policies and evidence-based practices by providing insights gained from your work with clients.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and to share knowledge with colleagues.

This role focuses on providing mental health support to a diverse range of populations, including families facing complex socio-economic challenges, individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and those seeking support during critical life transitions. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a current LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapeutic interventions.
