This role is entirely remote, allowing therapists to conduct sessions via telehealth. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, engaging with clients and their families to identify needs and inform treatment strategies.
• Develop and personalize individualized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based interventions suitable for varying developmental stages.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to effectively address mental health challenges.
• Implement family therapy interventions, helping caregivers understand and support their child's mental health needs.
• Collaborate closely with a team of child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that aligns with each patient's holistic well-being.
• Provide timely crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support for children and adolescents.
• Educate families on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and relevant community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations for continued professional development and improvement in service delivery.
• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in child and adolescent mental health, contributing insights into treatment methodologies.

This position focuses on a diverse range of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Our current practice emphasizes providing compassionate, tailored care that accommodates the distinct emotional and developmental needs of each young client.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois is necessary to practice legally.
• Proficiency in administering mental health assessments and employing diverse therapeutic techniques specific to child and adolescent therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster an inclusive and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and technology to maintain patient information securely.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working as a mental health therapist, particularly with children and adolescents, is preferred.
• Experience in family therapy settings is highly regarded, particularly when combined with a strong understanding of child development and family dynamics.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams enhancing holistic patient care will be advantageous.

The salary for this role ranges between USD 75,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
