Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to support a large-scale hiring initiative. This role will focus on sourcing, resume screening, candidate dispositioning, interview scheduling, and coordinating end-to-end activities in partnership with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in sales recruiting, thrives in high-volume environments, and is proficient with Workday (ATS) and Paradox (automation/chatbot).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma REQUIRED

Minimum 3-5 years experience in recruiting sales positions

Experience working in multiple systems including Microsoft

ATS experience required (Workday is a plus)

Quick learner and be coachable to receive feedback on performance

Excellent time management skills: follow-up and follow through on deliverables

Ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requisitions and/or background checks

Strong attention to detail

Customer Service oriented; experience with challenging customers, candidates and/or hiring managers

Strong oral and written communication skills

Collaboration and relationship building skills

High degree of personal accountability for results

Flexibility to work on different assignments within the department (handling multiple task or projects at once and being able to hit deadlines and know how to prioritize)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.50 - $31.50/hr.
