You will interact with clients through secure video conferencing and messaging platforms, ensuring their privacy and comfort. • Conduct therapeutic sessions with clients via secure video chat, fostering a safe and supportive environment for exploration and discussion of their emotions and experiences.
• Assist clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals and guide them as they strive to achieve these milestones.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to identify and mitigate behaviors that may hinder recovery, ensuring clients are on a constructive path to healing.
• Counsel individuals on healthy coping mechanisms tailored to their unique situations, offering them tools and strategies to navigate daily challenges.
• Monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment plan, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will primarily work with adults seeking emotional and psychological support. Our clients have been pre-screened, focusing on stable adults with low acuity needs, allowing you to concentrate on therapeutic interventions rather than managing crises. This ensures a more productive environment for both counselors and clients alike.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and independent LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license is required. Note that we do not accept limited or provisional licenses.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential to fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency with technology and computer literacy are crucial for effective use of telehealth platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is an asset.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, contingent upon hours worked and experience.
