Job description

Hire Connections is seeking customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team on a full-time, temporary contract basis. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working from home, we'd love to hear from you!


Position Highlights

  • Job Type: Temporary Contract
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hr
  • Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
  • Location: U.S. residents only (excluding California, New York, Ohio, Oregon, North Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming)


Important

Candidates must provide:

  • Personal desktop or laptop computer
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions


What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional manner
  • Document customer interactions within company systems
  • Navigate multiple applications while maintaining quality and productivity standards
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate
  • Meet attendance, performance, and customer service expectations


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, contact center, or related experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and multiple software applications
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
