Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a licensed therapist will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring ethical practices and compassionate care.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Creating individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Facilitating insight development for clients, helping them explore their emotions, relationships, and experiences.
• Support clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and strategies to enhance their overall quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes providing support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Your expertise will help clients build resilience and improve their emotional well-being in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must possess one of the following full licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates must have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a supportive nature.
• Proficiency with technology; strong computer skills are essential for using our platform effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include prior experience in a remote counseling setting, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and expertise in specific therapeutic approaches that align with our mission. Experience managing a caseload effectively and providing compassionate care in a community health environment will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. As part of our team, you will also benefit from:
