Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing tools, tailoring approaches to improve their mental health and overall well-being.
• Encourage clients to articulate their emotions and experiences, enabling them to gain insights into their behaviors, relationships, and coping strategies.
• Act as a compassionate client advocate, assisting them in defining manageable, realistic goals to facilitate their growth and healing.
• Evaluate clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, clinical expertise, and the unique needs of each individual.
• Utilize professional judgement to make informed evaluations and treatment recommendations that align with the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with pre-screened, stable adults who are experiencing low acuity mental health challenges. Our client base does not include individuals with severe mental health conditions, allowing you to focus on delivering effective therapeutic interventions without the complexities associated with high-acuity patients. Our team will ensure that you are matched with clients that align with your specialties and demographic preferences, enhancing the therapeutic rapport and outcome.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Proven ability to conduct thorough evaluations and create effective treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of empathy and communication in therapeutic settings.
• Proficiency with technology and software necessary for remote counseling services.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in the following areas would be beneficial:

• Working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competence in mental health treatment.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for delivering therapy.
• Background in handling cases with moderate mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

This position provides a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your experience and hours worked. Additional compensation includes:

• Weekly direct deposit for timely payment.

• Unlimited referrals are provided without additional marketing expenses, ensuring you maintain a robust caseload.
• Minimal documentation requirements allow you to focus on client care instead of administrative duties.
