Our outpatient office model ensures that all patients are pre-screened, stable, and present with low acuity, enabling our counselors to focus on providing therapeutic support effectively.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ needs.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their emotions, experiences, and goals.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their needs and defining specific, actionable mental health objectives.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions thoroughly and create detailed treatment plans based on their unique situations, utilizing a solution-focused approach.

Our clientele consists of pre-screened individuals who are stable and facing low acuity mental health challenges. This allows counselors to work with clients who are receptive to treatment and eager to engage in meaningful conversations about their mental health. Each client is assigned according to the counselor's expertise, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• A valid and active license is required, including pathways such as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential.
• Experience practicing independently without supervision, showcasing your confidence and skills as a mental health professional.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and remote counseling tools, enhancing your ability to connect with clients effectively.
• A track record of successfully developing treatment plans and achieving positive client outcomes.

• This part-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and counselor experience.
