• Conduct individualized counseling sessions via video chat, assessing and improving clients' mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate open discussions regarding client emotions and past experiences, promoting self-awareness and relational insights.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in setting realistic, attainable goals that direct their therapeutic journey.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based, solution-focused strategies.

Our client base consists of pre-screened individuals who are stable and classified as low acuity. This means that our clients typically have manageable mental health conditions, allowing for productive therapeutic relationships and realistic treatment objectives. By working with motivated clients, you can foster meaningful changes and significantly impact their lives.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, which may include LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, demonstrating independence and confidence in your professional practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach towards client care.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using telehealth platforms for conducting therapy sessions.

• Experience managing a caseload independently is preferred, providing insight into the nuances of patient interactions and therapeutic approaches.
• A track record of utilizing solution-focused or cognitive-behavioral therapies in clinical practice is advantageous.
• Previous experience in teletherapy settings is a plus, enhancing your adaptability to our digital work environment.

• Compensation for this part-time position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, contingent on caseload and relevant experience.
