As a Mental Health Counselor, you will perform the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct empathetic and ethical individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to craft effective therapeutic interventions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and goals.
• Facilitate skill-building that empowers clients to understand their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and supporting the development of healthy coping strategies.

Your primary focus will be on serving a stable, low-acuity adult population facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role involves helping clients navigate their journeys to improved mental health, fostering resilience and coping skills while meeting them where they are in their healing process.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued independent mental health counseling license (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC). Provisionally licensed candidates will not be considered.
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on licensure.
• Demonstrable interpersonal skills and a caring disposition that fosters a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• Proficient computer skills with access to a computer equipped for video conferencing.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection to facilitate seamless interactions with clients.

While not required, experience in remote counseling, knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous in maximizing your efficiency and effectiveness in this role.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
