This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to design your own work hours while ensuring a healthy work-life balance. You will utilize a fully integrated therapy platform that serves as your online office, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions, manage appointments, and communicate seamlessly with clients. The supportive administrative framework we offer allows you to focus on what matters most—your clients.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide clients towards improved mental health.
• Invite clients to openly discuss their emotions and life experiences, cultivating a space for reflection and self-discovery.
• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them to define their personal goals related to their mental health journey.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions thoroughly, creating and implementing tailored treatment plans that employ a solution-focused methodology.
• Regularly monitor progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary based on client feedback and evolving needs.

Your clients will largely comprise stable adults who have been thoroughly screened prior to booking sessions. This ensures that you will be working with individuals who have lower acuity and are seeking support to manage life's challenges rather than severe mental health crises. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold a full, unrestricted license in good standing to practice independently in your state, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a compassionate disposition in your interactions with clients.

Experience in providing remote therapy or utilizing digital health platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and a background in working with diverse populations will strengthen your application.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive salary, we offer:
