You will operate as part of our detox center’s counseling team, which provides a supportive environment that empowers therapists to focus entirely on their client interactions. • Conduct virtual counseling sessions for clients, focusing on various emotional and mental health issues.
• Facilitate discussions with clients, encouraging them to express their feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a safe environment.
• Utilize active listening, observation, and assessments to identify clients’ concerns and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with clients to define clear therapeutic goals, develop actionable plans, and provide insights that promote positive outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on stable clients with low acuity needs who are seeking a supportive therapeutic relationship. All clients are rigorously screened to ensure suitability for remote counseling services. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active and independent state license, such as LCSW, LCMFT, or LCPC, with the ability to practice remotely.
• Strong evaluation and clinical decision-making skills to formulate and implement effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and therapy platforms, ensuring seamless interaction with clients.

• Prior experience in delivering mental health counseling, particularly in a remote setting, is highly desirable.

• Annually, this position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on hours worked.
