Remote | Full-time | Phone-Based Customer Support

About the Role
Resimplifi is looking for a confident, customer-focused Support Specialist to serve as the primary person answering incoming support calls for our Associate platform. Phone support is the central responsibility of this position. You will answer calls throughout your scheduled hours, speak directly with commercial real estate professionals, understand their questions, and guide them toward a resolution. You will also respond to chat and email requests, lead Zoom walkthroughs, and manage support tickets through resolution. The right candidate will enjoy working directly with customers and take ownership of the support experience from initial contact through resolution.

About the Platform

Associate is a commercial real estate platform used by thousands of brokers across the United

States. It supports essential brokerage workflows, including:

  • Creating and managing property listings
  • Searching public and internal listing databases
  • Exploring properties through interactive maps
  • Generating professional PDF reports
  • Marketing listings and sending automated alerts

Brokers rely on the platform every day to manage inventory, market properties, communicate with clients, and support active deals. Accuracy, reliability, and ease of use are central to th experience we provide.
What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming customer support calls during scheduled hours
  • Respond to support requests through chat and email
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets through resolution
  • Guide users through platform questions and common workflows
  • Move conversations to Zoom when screen sharing would help
  • Troubleshoot common browser, account, and platform issues
  • Validate and document suspected bugs before escalating them
  • Track recurring questions, product feedback, and documentation gaps
  • Assist with onboarding sessions or webinars as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in software or SaaS
  • Strong phone communication skills and comfortable answering customer calls
  • throughout the workday
  • Patient, professional, and able to explain processes clearly
  • Comfortable leading Zoom and screen-sharing walkthroughs
  • Strong written communication and ticket documentation skills
  • Comfortable troubleshooting common browser and operating system issues
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple open requests
  • Sound judgment about when an issue should be escalated


Commercial real estate experience is helpful but not required. We care more about your ability to learn the platform, communicate confidently by phone, and provide a dependable customer experience.

Schedule and Location
This is a fully remote position with defined phone coverage hours. The person in this role must be consistently available to answer incoming calls throughout their scheduled shift. We are especially interested in candidates who can provide coverage during the later part of the Eastern Time workday. Candidates located in Pacific or Mountain time zones may be particularly well suited for the schedule.
