• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, employing evidence-based practices to improve their mental health.
• Facilitate open discussions about clients' emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them to define their personal goals and identify actionable steps to achieve them.
• Evaluate each client's mental condition comprehensively and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing your clinical experience and knowledge.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation and adhere to best practices in client privacy and confidentiality.
• Utilize our integrated therapy platform, which acts as your online office, enabling effective client management and communication.

Your client roster will primarily consist of stable adults with low-acuity needs, ensuring a manageable and productive caseload. All clients are rigorously screened before their first appointment, allowing you to focus on individuals who match your specialty and demographic preferences. Your approach will positively impact their ability to cope with stress, build relationships, and achieve their personal objectives.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively without supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency in using technology, including digital communication tools and electronic health records.

• Previous experience counseling diverse populations and dealing with a wide range of mental health issues.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and providing therapy in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment.
