• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to clients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to understand their unique situations fully.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent and tailored to meet each client's unique needs and situations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, ensuring a coordinated approach to patient care and seamless communication.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback, response to therapy, and consultations with other healthcare providers.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their journey.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice, including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring informed consent is consistently obtained from all clients.

The LCSW will engage with a diverse range of patients, including adults grappling with various mental health conditions. Our patient population is characterized by unique challenges that may arise from different cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and personal histories. As such, understanding and commitment to culturally sensitive practices will be vital to the role.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services to clients, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Capability to conduct detailed assessments and to create evidence-based treatment plans that meet the varied needs of clients.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software for managing patient documentation and coordinating care effectively.

Experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment is preferred, as is familiarity with a range of mental health treatment modalities. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and group therapy approaches can also be an asset in this role.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
