As a remote mental health counselor, you'll conduct video chat sessions with clients, enjoying the autonomy that comes with online counseling while still being part of a supportive team. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to address the mental health needs of your clients, using evidence-based practices.
• Support clients in identifying and discussing their emotions, experiences, and challenges, fostering insight that leads to better self-understanding and relationship dynamics.
• Serve as a client advocate, assisting individuals in defining personalized goals and identifying pathways to achieve them.
• Evaluate each client’s mental status, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that utilize a solution-focused approach grounded in your clinical expertise.

Your clientele will consist of stable adults with low acuity levels who have undergone a thorough screening process before accessing your services. We ensure that the clients you are matched with align with your specialties and demographic preferences, allowing for tailored and effective mental health support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid license in one of the following categories: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating good standing with the state board.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and caring demeanor, are essential for success in this role.
• Proficient in computer use, with the ability to navigate online therapy platforms and communication tools comfortably.

We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience who are eager to integrate their knowledge into our practice. • Salary range between USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually based on weekly hours worked and caseload.
