Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health history, challenges, and goals.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and desired outcomes.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based and solution-focused modalities to facilitate clients’ healing and growth.
• Leverage teletherapy tools to deliver engaging virtual sessions, including video and chat platforms.
• Respond to crises by offering immediate intervention services to those in need.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with mental health trends, treatment techniques, and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who may present with a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will be instrumental in creating a safe therapeutic environment where clients feel valued and understood. Each therapist is assigned a caseload that builds over time, allowing you to develop strong, therapeutic relationships with your clients.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle diverse caseloads effectively.
• A clean disciplinary history with no prior disciplinary actions from licensing boards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in telehealth settings or familiarity with virtual therapy modalities.
• Proficient knowledge of a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions.
• Strong history of building rapport with clients and achieving positive mental health outcomes.
