Seasonal Remote Opportunity | Full-Time

The Role

We are looking for licensed insurance agents to provide Medicare enrollment assistance during the Annual Enrollment Period.

This customer-focused position involves helping individuals understand their available coverage options and completing enrollment-related activities through inbound calls and digital chat.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time seasonal contract position. Candidates must be available Monday through Saturday, with working hours scheduled within 8:00 AM–9:00 PM Eastern Time.

What You’ll Handle

The person selected will:

  • Respond to customers contacting the organization through phone and chat.
  • Provide Medicare-related information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Help customers understand benefits and coverage.
  • Guide eligible customers through plan enrollment.
  • Document interactions correctly.
  • Adhere to established compliance and quality requirements.
  • Work toward assigned performance goals.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Active Resident Health Insurance License.
  • License remains active through 12/08/2027.
  • Resident license corresponds with current state of residence.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service background.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or greater.
  • Basic Windows operating knowledge.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Full-time availability.

Preferred: Medicare, AEP, or insurance sales experience.

Training Program
