Consumer Service Coordinator (Remote) – Hiring 10+ | SkySource Solutions

Location: 100% Remote
Pay: Starting at $16/hour
Perks: Weekly Pay + 100% Employer-Paid Benefits + PTO + 401(k)
Schedule: Opening Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Availability Required: Monday, Friday, Saturday (rotating days off)

  • Note: We are hiring quickly for these 20 openings! We want all hires complete by 6/29 to send equipment, which means offers have to be delivered by 6/12
  • Note: Although this role is remote is requires 100% excellent attendance!

About the Role

As a Consumer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the voice of the brand—helping customers with product questions, order support, and lawn & garden advice across multiple channels.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls and deliver outstanding service
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer product questions and provide lawn & garden care guidance
  • Troubleshoot issues and walk customers through solutions
  • Process orders, returns, and warranty claims
  • Resolve concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Document interactions using Salesforce (CRM)
  • Meet performance goals (quality, response time, satisfaction)
  • Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and policies

What We’re Looking ForRequired:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Ability to multitask across systems while assisting customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Marysville, OH for training

Preferred:
