Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email channels
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource for current and future vehicle offerings and related services
  • Answer customer questions regarding vehicle features, specifications, reservations, orders, dealerships, service, charging options, and recalls

Scheduling Requirements

Candidates must be available to work within the organization's operating hours, which include:

  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM EST
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST

Schedules may vary based on business needs, and shift assignments can change periodically.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
