This is a fully remote position, allowing you to create your own work environment and schedule. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with our organization, you will utilize a user-friendly counselor portal that simplifies scheduling, client booking, and counseling service delivery. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities directly impact client outcomes and overall well-being. Your core duties will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions primarily through video chat, ensuring the therapeutic space is secure and supportive.
• Implementing solution-based treatment modalities, tailoring therapeutic approaches to best meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote their mental health, incorporating actionable goals and clear strategies.
• Guiding clients toward gaining insights about their experiences, feelings, and relationships to facilitate deeper understanding and healing.
• Monitoring client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary, and helping clients build healthy coping mechanisms to deal with life's challenges.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, providing mental health support across various demographics. Our patient population include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, among other mental and emotional health concerns. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their unique challenges will be key to fostering positive therapeutic outcomes.

To succeed in this position, the following qualifications are required:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona. Please include your license and the state details in your application.
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of counseling practices and ethics.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred to enhance your candidacy:

• Previous experience in a remote counseling or telehealth role, with a familiarity of best practices in virtual therapy.
• Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar methodologies.
• Experience working with diverse populations or specific age groups that align with our clientele.

This full-time role comes with a competitive compensation package:

• Annual salary between USD 90,000 and 100,000, based on hours worked and experience.
