• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat to assist clients in improving their mental health and addressing personal challenges.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them define, refine, and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans using solution-focused strategies derived from your clinical expertise and professional knowledge.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will primarily work with pre-screened adult clients who are stable and present low acuity mental health needs. This demographic allows you to engage with individuals who are ready for growth and change, without the complexities typically associated with severe mental health issues. Clients are carefully matched to your specialties and demographic preferences to ensure alignment and rapport.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Current and full licensure to practice independently as a:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses; no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong decision-making skills for evaluating treatment needs and implementing appropriate strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating empathy and support.
• Proficient computer skills for seamless operation of telehealth platforms and documentation.

• Prior experience in a telehealth environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a proactive approach to professional development.

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your hours worked and experience.
• Weekly direct deposits allowing for consistent income flow.
